Know Your Rights workshop: recap and slides

Thank you to the twenty-two neighbors who came out last month! We covered the DC repair-and-deduct rules, how housing inspections actually get scheduled, and what counts as proper notice from management.

The slides and the one-page cheat sheet are at the front desk and at the alliance table during the stoop sale. The Office of the Tenant Advocate also runs free clinics every Wednesday, ask Dana or Marcus for the signup link.
