The alliance set up this space so everything lives in one place: the building chat for day-to-day talk, the case manager for documenting repair issues with photos and dates, and this feed for alliance news.

Two asks from your organizers. First, introduce yourself in the building chat, your neighbors are lovely. Second, if something in your unit needs fixing, open a case for it even if you've already told the super. Paper trails are how buildings win.

Meetings are the second Friday of every month in the lobby. Childcare corner in the back, always.

Opened my first case last week after reading this. Took five minutes, and now there's a record. Should have done it years ago.

Twenty years here and this is the most organized the building has ever been. If you're new: the monthly meetings are genuinely worth it, and the cookies are real.
